My purpose through all of my business activities is to have an impact on improving the lives of people at work, the culture of things, podcasts, we'll explore the strategies and experiences of business leaders, including some of my own clients around what they are learning and doing to improve the world of work. We'll also talk with everyday people who will share their own experiences, good and bad, related to culture, leadership and teamwork. Like most guys, I have a passion for sport, particularly football and my beloved Liverpool football club team sport can teach us so much.
